😍 Speechless! This book was so good. I loved the world that Claire Contreras created with this family from the start with Because You’re Mine but now I don’t know which couple I love more! Catalina and Loren were amazing but there’s something about Gio and Isabel they just got me! I love that they both have so many similarities in their past which make them relate so much more to each other than anyone else. I love that they fulfill something in each other that they’ve never had without the other. I love the strength that they bring out in each other. I love the family that is created and will inevitably be sustained and hopefully grown out of this story. This book kept me furiously turning the pages to see what was going to happen next and had a story line that just reeled me in from the beginning, hook line and sinker! You’ve done it once again, Claire! Thank you for another incredible story!

Review:

Once again, something that is becoming a common occurrence it seems, I just loved this new offering from author Carina Rose! The accidental wedding in Vegas theme was fun and light hearted and the romance throughout the book was just great. I loved getting to see so much of characters I’ve previously fallen in love with (still adore you Trent and Reese), but also getting to dive in deep to Alexa and Jackson. They are so different but I loved their characters and stories too, in a completely different way!

I love Alexa’s personality and unlike my love of Reese because of her football expertise, I found Alexa’s lack of football knowledge refreshing. She’s not dumb in a foolish, schoolgirl pretending-not-to-know way about it, just genuinely has never had enough interest to really learn and is starting at the beginning. I love her excitement when Jackson pulls out the video game of Trent and she’s excited to learn about the “draft thing” Reese is always excited about LOL. I love the joy and exuberance both Alexa and Jackson bring to the book. They both just seem so pure and full of love, despite seeing it not working out well for others in their personal lives. I love that both of them are willing to be vulnerable and honest with each other. I love the chemistry of this book. Overall, I just really enjoyed this story. It was lighthearted, refreshing, and I quickly read through this story not wanting it to be over. I don’t know if there will be any others along this story line, but I can tell you for sure I will be on the lookout for any new books Carina Rose writes. I am a big fan! ❤️

Review:

Ohhhhhhh. That ending!!!! I won’t go into too much detail on this review because this is one of those books that you need to read and experience all on your own, but just know… the ending was epic. There is some of the story left to your imagination but I think most of us would think the same thing. This book is filled with mystery and suspense. I was engaged and furiously scrolling through the pages to find out more and what’s going to happen next. When I first started the book, I was afraid there were too many characters to be able to remember all of them and all of the details. However, as the book continues and you really get a feel for the storyline and the crew of people, it’s easy to remember and keep things straight. Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I loved Rae. She seemed like a smart, tough, intuitive woman and I’m always for a strong leading lady. Frankie and his parents seemed kind. I don’t feel like I got a strong sense of his character but I think we did get a good picture of his for his family including Rae. I loved their dates on the beach and his reassurance to Rae of her being good enough and helping her learn not to lump people together. There were of course characters in the story that you loathe (and are supposed to loathe). Oh, and I think Beth is a boss. That’s it! I hope you’ll take a chance on this one, it surprised me in the best way and I am so glad I got to read it!

This book was so flippin cute! It was so lighthearted and such an easy read, exactly what I’d expect a book called Spring’s Second Chance to be. I fell in love with Spring. I love the way she listens to her body and her heart. She trusts her gut. Even more than Spring, I fell in love with Diego. A professional surfer who takes care of himself, is willing to show his vulnerability and loves as fiercely as he does?! Done. Just sign me up for that book! I loved everything about the quick, delightful read. The whole book left me desperately wanting to be a fly on the wall to this perfect North Shore home and explore the life there. Maybe one day! This was such a great, easy read, I hope you’ll take the chance and dive in too!
