From Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestseller Winter Travers comes a small town romantic comedy that will have you laughing and swooning all at the same time.
Nine years ago, Shelby Lyn told Wilder Presley she loved him. Wilder hopped in his red SUV, and left without a word or a goodbye.
Now, Wilder is back looking as fine as the fireworks on the fourth of July lighting up the Jefferson county sky, and he's here to stay.
Shelby always knew that Wilder was out of her league. He was the popular country boy who was loved and adored by everyone while Shelby was the shy, quiet girl who was invisible to everyone.
It shouldn't matter that Wilder is back, but he just pulled into Shelby Lyn's driveway, and he's got something to say…
Review:
This short story was a great little breath of fresh air. It was a quick read, but the storyline was full and had characters that you fell for within its short few pages! Shelby Lyn is the type of girl you can easily imagine yourself becoming best friends with. Wilder is the guy who got away but was so good you could never give your heart to another. I loved this little small town atmosphere with everyone knowing everyone’s business in good ways and bad. I loved Shelby’s self made wreath business and Wilder’s readiness to come back home and make a difference in his small town, while also winning over the girl he had to leave behind. Overall, I enjoyed this story and look forward to reading Missy’s story next!! I also loved her as a friend and can’t wait to find out what happens with her and Charlie!

Pretending to fall for her may be more dangerous than letting our meddlesome town play matchmaker.
Falling for the Bachelor, an all-new deliciously-hot brother’s best friend small town romantic comedy from bestselling author Amy Alves is live now!
I'm cursed. Unlucky in love. So pretending to fall in love with my best friend's sister couldn't possibly make it worse.
My avoidance of relationships has two neighboring towns joining forces to find me a girlfriend—one I don’t want.
So when they name me the bachelor in their charity dating show, I have two options: suffer the consequences of bailing or accept help from my best friend’s little sister.
I chose the latter.
Because Olivia Vaughn has a plan.
She suggests a ringer—someone on the inside…someone I trust, that I can choose at the end of the show.
A fake contestant.
It’s crazy. Risky. And undeniably tempting.
We’d have to touch, flirt, kiss.
I could pull her close…that long, auburn hair wrapped up in my fist as I whisper all the dirty thoughts I’ve ever had about her.
Pretending to fall for her may be more dangerous than letting our meddlesome town play matchmaker.
Because if this backfires, it might cost me my best friend, disappoint our families, and reignite feelings for the feisty, hazel-eyed beauty I grew up with.
So while I can’t—shouldn’t—pretend to fall in love with Olivia, I do.
With the hope that fake girlfriends are curse-proof.
Falling for the Bachelor is a steamy, brother's best friend, fake relationship, friends-to-lovers, small town, standalone romantic comedy. It contains plenty of steamy scenes, laughs, and an HEA.
Review:
Falling for the Bachelor was such a cute story! I loved the idea of a small scale version of the reality dating show so many of us know and love with the added drama of the small town life and all that comes with that! I’m a sucker for a small town romance story any day and this one with the dynamics of the Fletcher and Vaughn families is one I am so glad I took the time to read! I loved getting to see Liv’s relationship with her brothers, her mom and her interactions with the townsfolk after she comes back to town after her marriage ended. I loved seeing Sawyer’s family relationships too and his small town, family run veterinarian’s office. I love the friendship between Sawyer and Liv and their easy camaraderie and banter. I enjoyed seeing Sawyer’s insecurities play out and how he handled those. I loved Liv’s ability to see the best in most people. I loved the chemistry and the passion, and the real emotions that would come after being in a situation like this. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and had fun reading it. It was so easy to visualize and the author has a great talent of bringing her words to life. This was my first book from Amy Alves but I will be reading more from her soon!

Memories of a Life: Colten & Josie: Part Two by Jewel E. Ann is now live!
The girl I met when we were nine is now the woman who said "yes" to being my wife.
But Josie's not planning our wedding; she's too consumed by things that happened over a century ago.
She has terrible dreams and unrelenting visions of the unspeakable. I believe her, but I don't understand her.
If I can't understand her, I can't stop her.
If I can't stop her, I can't save us.
And without us ... well, I can't imagine that world.
Review:
I don’t remember a time lately where I have been so invested, so excited, so ready to read part two of a series. I finished the first book in this series and all but begged Jewel E Ann to release this book ASAP because I so desperately needed to know what happens next. Now I know what happens next… and I’m a little speechless! This book was everything I hoped it would be and nothing I expected it to be all in one marvelous, quirky package. I don’t know how to write a review with all my thoughts and feelings on this story because there’s no way I am going to spoil it for anyone as I have deemed it a MUST READ but I’ll try to sum up my feelings the best way I can. Josie freaking broke my heart in this book. Colten revived it. Reagan made it feel warm and fuzzy. Savannah and Isaac made me want to hug them. Let’s add Becca to the hugging party. This book was filled with so many emotions and so many twists and turns. At one point I thought I had an idea of what may happen. Then I realized I had no idea what was going to happen. And then I realized there’s no way I’ll ever predict what’s going to happen by the end! A mark of a great book for me is on the truly keeps me on the edge of my seat, unable to disengage to do normal life things, because you just have to know what happens next. This was that book for me. Thank you Jewel E Ann for another incredible story. You are an amazing storyteller and I cannot wait for whatever story comes next!
